Hey friends! I hope that you are well. Thank you so much for reading and showing your support. I appreciate you!

For many individuals, families, and churches, the subject of mental health is not talked about much, if any at all. It’s almost as if it’s off-limits – taboo. Yet, many people – including Christians – are suffering in silence. It does not have to be that way. The Lord wants us to be right in His eyes spiritually, but He also wants us to be well mentally and physically. In my new book, Tackling the Taboo, I draw upon my own experiences with mental health issues and the Scriptures to give the reader hope and much-needed information about spotting the signs of a mental health condition and how to cope with it.

You can get your ebook copy today for only $0.99. Yes, 99 cents!!! This is for a limited time only. Download your copy today for less than $1 to help me reach the goal of #1 bestseller in a category on Amazon. It’s only for a limited time. So download your copy here. I would also appreciate it if you leave a review when you are done. Please and thank you!

Thanks in advance for your support brothers and sisters in faith! I appreciate you!

  3. As we need to explain to our readers that it is not just reading Scriptures, we need to find out the root, which can come from being chronically ill, from being abuse and even from the medical field. The person may need a good counselor (such as a pastor, chaplain, or a therapist) and at times they may need medications for a period of time.
