2 Corinthians 9:15, verse expressing gratitude to God

Hi, everyone. Thank you for your support. I appreciate you!!

My Lord has been so good to me. My heart is so full. I can’t even begin to describe how grateful I am. I do not know how to fully express the love and appreciation I have for Him. The bible says it succinctly in 2 Corinthians 9:15. “Thanks be to God for His indescribable gift!”

Jesus Christ, the Savior, gave Himself for me. And my heart, my mind, and my spirit are simply overwhelmed by His kindness, His love, and His sacrifice. I have no words, except: “Thank you!” That’s from everything within me. I can’t say it enough.

I don’t know of any greater love here on this earth. Jesus said, “Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends” (John 15:13).

We do see in Ephesians 5, that husbands are to love their wives as Christ loved the church and “gave Himself for her” (v. 25). He sacrificed His life so “that He might present her to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish. So husbands ought to love their own wives as their own bodies; he who loves his wife loves himself” (Ephesians 5:27-28).

Jesus sacrificed His life – He gave it all for His bride, the church. I don’t understand it all or know why He loves me so much. I just don’t know why. But, I’m so very thankful.

So today and every day that God gives me, to Him I say: Thank you so much. From the depths of my being. Thank you.

What are you thankful to Christ for today?

“And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.” – 1 Corinthians 13:13
