Jesus Knows

“I know your works, tribulation, and poverty (but you are rich); and I know the blasphemy of those who say they are Jews and are not, but are a synagogue of Satan” (Revelation 2:9).

Jesus knows all about our troubles

Hi friends! I hope you and your families are well! Thank you so much for reading. I appreciate you!

Friends, times are hard these days. There are natural disasters, sicknesses, financial hardships, divorces, and loss of loved ones. Some are even facing joblessness and homelessness. It always seems to be something going on in life that we have to endure. But those things are only temporary, and we are not alone as we go through them. The Lord is telling us today, “I know.”

Yes! Jesus knows. He knows what we’re going through. He knows all about our troubles. And He cares for us. Notice what He said to the churches in the book of Revelation. He said, “I know your works, tribulation, and poverty (but you are rich)” (Revelation 2:9). “I know your works, your labor, your patience, and that you cannot bear those who are evil” (Revelation 2:2). “I know your works, love, service, faith, and your patience; and as for your works, the last are more than the first” (Revelation 2:19).

Jesus knows all about your works. Jesus knows the love you have for others and the way you show it. He knows the patience you exhibit. He knows about your service to Him. Jesus knows the faith you have in Him. Friend, your labor is not in vain.

Stay the course! Don’t stop doing good to others. And don’t lose your faith and trust in the Almighty God. You will reap in due season if you just don’t lose heart (Galatians 6:9).

Isn’t that great? Jesus knows everything. He knows our hearts’ desires. He knows about our struggles. Jesus knows! Take comfort in that, my friends.
