Christ Leads The Way

“But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.” – 1 Corinthians 15:57

Happy Thanksgiving!! I hope that you have an enjoyable time with family and friends.

There’s so much for which to be thankful, this day and every day. I’m thankful for God the Father, Son, and Spirit; without Him I don’t know where I would be. I’m thankful for second, third, and fourth chances. God has spared my life many times over and over again. And despite challenges that come my way, I’m thankful to be alive. It’s a chance to live my life for Jesus Christ wholly and to the fullest.

It’s also a chance to tell lost and dying souls about the saving power of Jesus Christ. Christ died for my sins and yours so that we could live eternally in heaven with Him. And you can be forgiven of all your wrongdoing if you obey Him in repentance and baptism (Acts 2:38). I’m thankful for my faith in Jesus, I’m thankful that I serve the Lord of all creation, and I’m thankful to be a part of His church, which Christ will add you to if you believe and obey Him.

I’m also thankful for my brothers and sisters in Christ. I’m thankful for so much more. I’m thankful for my loving family and friends. And, I’m thankful for you and your show of love and support for me. I really do appreciate you. Thank you for reading and sharing in this journey to heaven with me.
