Jesus Christ is our Savior. He is the Savior of the world. Some think He’s too far away or unreachable for them to have a relationship with Him. But that’s not true. He is literally down-to-earth. He knows all the things we go through in this life. And He sympathizes with us.

Hebrews 4:15 says, “For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin.” Whatever you are experiencing in this life, Jesus knows and He cares. He was tempted just like we are tempted.

If you are struggling with addiction, lust, or greed, the Lord understands. He offers forgiveness. He also understands struggles with anger, jealousy, envy, forgiveness, hatred, and even murder. He is calling you to Him. He says, “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest” (Matthew 11:28). Are you tired of the same ol’ same ol’? Do you feel lost in a cycle of sin? Are you living an unrighteous life? If so, come to Jesus. He yearns for you to come to Him.

Believe on the Lord Jesus. Repent of your sins. Confess Jesus as Lord. And be baptized for the forgiveness of your sins. Then you will be saved from your sins and have a home in heaven with our Lord. That’s what the Sympathetic Savior offers.
